Do you ship only within Australia?
Yes. At this time, we only ship to addresses within Australia. International shipping is not available yet.
How long does delivery take?
We offer standard tracked shipping. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days in metro areas and 5 to 10 business days in regional locations after dispatch. Express shipping (1 to 3 business days in metro areas) is available where offered.
How can I place an order?
Browse our collections, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to secure checkout. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. In Australia, Afterpay and Klarna may also be available at checkout.
Is your website secure?
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect all personal and payment information. Transactions are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
I didn’t receive my confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at support@cloudfeet.com.au, and we’ll confirm your order manually.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If you notice a mistake in your shipping details, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update the address as long as the order hasn’t been shipped.
